My Story

Transforming lives through fitness, one client at a time.

My journey into fitness began in 2014, when wrestling and structured strength training first introduced me to the gym. What started as a way to improve athletic performance quickly became something much deeper. Training taught me discipline, resilience, and the power of consistent effort. It showed me that real transformation isn’t instant—it’s built over time, through commitment and daily action.

In 2015, I joined the military as an officer, where fitness became an essential part of leadership. By 2016, I was responsible for training and preparing others—helping them build strength, resilience, and confidence under pressure. It was during this time that I discovered something that would shape the rest of my career—I didn’t just enjoy training myself, I loved helping others unlock their potential.

After university, I pursued personal training professionally, beginning my ISSA Personal Training Certification before stepping into my role at GoodLife Fitness, where I refined my coaching skills through real client experience. I’ve worked with beginners who felt intimidated walking into the gym, and with experienced lifters chasing new levels of performance. I’ve guided transformations ranging from major weight loss to career-driven fitness standards, including military and RCMP testing.

My approach to training is deeply personal and relationship-driven. I focus on building sustainable habits first—because long-term success isn’t built in a single workout; it’s built through consistency over time. We track progress, check in often, and pivot quickly when results stall. The goal is always the same: measurable progress you can feel, confidence you can carry, and a lifestyle that lasts.
